Part of the back lawn is owned by the Town of Wolfville but it is maintained by the owner of # 54.
You will notice that the pool fence encroaches on town property but since
they have always maintained the lawn, the encroachment is no problem.

From 54 Parkview Avenue, it is possible to walk through through the woods to Wolfville Harbour
or an uphill walk takes you to Reservoir Park where you can go for a swim.
